We ship within the United States only (excluding PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) with a flat rate of $12. Shipping is handled by DHL or FedEx, and tracking details are provided after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Returns are accepted only for wrong, damaged, or defective items and must be requested within 21 days of delivery. Items that are used, altered, final sale, or returned due to change of mind are not eligible.
To request a return, contact support with your order number and proof of the issue. Approved returns receive a free prepaid return label. After inspection, we offer either a full refund or free replacement. Refunds are processed within 5 days to the original payment method.
