We may collect personal details such as your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and order information. Additionally, we may collect demographic data, preferences, and technical information like IP address, browser type, and device details.

We use your information to process orders, provide customer support, improve our website and services, conduct analytics, and personalize your shopping experience. We may also send emails if you have opted in.

Delivery time is estimated between 3 – 8 business days, including both processing and shipping time.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $12 per order, and shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order may have already entered processing, and we may not be able to cancel it.

We only accept returns for incorrect, damaged, or defective items; used items, final sale items, or returns due to change of mind are not accepted.


Submit your request within 21 days of delivery by emailing support@calebh.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue; approved returns will receive a prepaid label.

We do not offer exchanges, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we can provide a free replacement or a full refund.

We currently accept PayPal only, allowing you to pay securely using your PayPal balance, linked cards, or bank account.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 days (calendar days) and will be issued to your original payment method.
