Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

You received the wrong item
The item was damaged during shipping
The item arrived with manufacturing defects, such as:
Torn or cracked leather
Visible cuts, severe scratches, or peeling
Broken straps, hardware defects, or faulty stitching

Due to the nature of leather and fashion accessories, natural leather textures, minor creases, or slight color variations are not considered defects.

Return Request Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us and provide the following:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem

Return Review Process

Once we receive your return request, our team will review the case.
Processing time for return cases: 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
If the return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers do not need to pay any return shipping fees.
All eligible returns will be shipped using the prepaid label provided by us.

Refunds & Replacements

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with one of the following options:

Full refund, or
Free replacement (at no additional cost)

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
