Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, the order may have already entered processing and we may not be able to cancel it.

Change of Shipping Information

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request to:

Update or correct your shipping address, or
Modify shipping-related details

In many cases, updating shipping information is faster than canceling and reordering. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before shipment.

Refund Policy

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5 days after the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
