• Use only in dry environments and avoid exposure to liquids
• Do not use if the cable is frayed or the charger is damaged
• Avoid extreme temperatures (below 0°C/32°F or above 45°C/113°F)
• Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the charger yourself
• Unplug during lightning storms or when not in use for extended periods

Warranty Policy

All CALEBH charging products come with our comprehensive warranty to ensure your complete satisfaction and peace of mind.

Coverage Period

• Standard Warranty: All chargers and cables are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase
• Extended Warranty: Available for purchase, providing an additional 12 months of coverage

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Electrical malfunction under normal use
• Premature failure of components
• Performance issues (not delivering rated power)

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage from drops, impacts, or liquid exposure
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper use or unauthorized modifications
• Damage to connected devices
• Purchases from unauthorized retailers

How to Claim Warranty

If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty:

1. Contact our support team at support@calebh.com with your order number and description of the issue
2. Include photos or videos documenting the defect
3. Our team will evaluate your claim within 48 hours
4. If approved, we'll provide a replacement product or issue a refund at our discretion

Important Notes

• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
• Shipping costs for warranty returns may be covered at our discretion
• Replacement products will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer
